Depending on the stage of your business it can take up to 8 months to raise funding. Accessing capital is not an over night solution to solve a liquidity problem. Fundraising should only be raised into stable companies that are looking to scale and grow over a period of time EG 3 or 5 years.

No. Investment Brokerage is a regulated activity.  Success fees can scale rather quickly and often cause problems as investors do not want to pay large fees. We do not consider ourselves to be ‘investment brokers’, we have perfected the science of preparing a business to take on investment and this process is the same regardless of the documents already in place.

Usually it will take us two weeks to set up a new client. In this period we are trying to learn as much about your business as possible so we can represent you correctly. After this period we will define the timelines for the services. 

We require 3 hours of calls in the first two weeks. You will also need to provide us with a full suite of information from previous management accounts to sales brochures. We expect you to be able to commit a few hours a week to our process. 

We pay for very expensive datasets and combine this with our own networks and partners. This will cover the vast majority of the trackable funding market.  

Ultimately we hope that the value we have provided to your business can be used in other areas so our fee will always be justified. However, we will continue to create ongoing strategies. It is likely Plan A will not work, we must be creative and dynamic in our approach.

Inverse prefer to work on a flat fee model. Success fees can scale rather quickly and often cause problems as investors do not want to pay large fees. We do not consider ourselves to be ‘investment brokers’, we have perfected the science of preparing a business to take on investment and this process is the same regardless of the documents already in place.

Grant are funds given by an entity – frequently, a public body, charitable foundation, or a specialised grant-making institution – to an individual or another entity for a specific purpose linked to public benefit. Unlike loans, grants are not to be paid back.
Inverse is not a source of capital. We are currently building the worlds first appreciating investment product, however, at present we raise funding through our extensive partnership networks.
